I can't say enough good things about Kimberly! We had bought multiple properties in other states before, so we thought we knew what we were getting into, but nothing could have prepared us for what house hunting is like in the Bay Area right now. And I'm so glad Kimberly was there to help us through it. From our first call, she took time to get to know myself and my partner, both individually and as a couple - not just asking us what we wanted in a house, but really took time to understand our long-term goals and lifestyles. She also asked us what we expected and needed from a real-estate agent, and adapted her working style to meet our needs. We had planned to interview other real-estate agents, but we felt so at ease with her after our first conversation that we decided to partner with her right then and there!

Her hyper-localized knowledge of the East Bay was extremely really helpful in narrowing down different neighborhoods to look at, and making offers on places that were within our budget. She was continually checking-in, asking how we were feeling, and helping manage expectations, all while being able to explain complex processes in easy to understand terms. We knew that she had our back when it came to making offers.

And after only just a few weeks of looking (and a couple lost bids after which she comforted us), we successfully had an offer accepted! From there, closing was smooth sailing. She communicated with our lender, the title company, and the seller's agent to make sure everyone had what they needed. Thanks to her, we've been in our dream home for 6 months now and love every part of it! And I would not hesitate to recommend Kimberly to anyone, especially first-time home buyers!
