Buying your first home can seem daunting especially if you have an extremely busy work schedule like us. Kimberly makes this whole process fun and exciting. Once we were ready to make an offer, she gave us all the necessary information we needed to decide on the offer price. Afterward, she contacted our bank, arranged for all the paper works, and put together an offer within a day. Once the offer was accepted, she handled the title company, the HOA, the inspectors, and then some. Since we were not familiar with the area, she gave us contacts for house cleaning, carpet cleaning, electrician, you name it.

Kimberly has been helping buyers and sellers around the Oakland area for more than 15 years and she is very knowledgeable about the market.
