Typically, March is the month I write a note to encourage people I know to talk about the value of their home and mortgage. The reason is simple: your home is usually your biggest debt and most valuable asset. But this year, I’d like to talk about the value of your home in another way.
Is your mortgage and your home properly serving your family?
After all, your home is the place that nourishes your most important relationships. It is a special place for loved ones to build traditions founded on fun, joy, and family unity.
Over the course of time, the shape and size of our families and our things change, and yet a house remains the same. When this happens, a home can lose some of its original appeal and feel just like a house. But to another family, the same house feels like a castle in just the right location.
It is important that we continue to measure your mortgage in dollars and cents, but also the value of your home with wisdom and sense.
If you or someone you care about is curious about the true value of a home, call or email me and I’ll help discover not only the value… but the possibilities.
